The prayer wrapped in the instant writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 to cancel the affiliation of the respondent No.5- School in pursuance of the letters dated 13.10.2022 and 17.10.2022 (Annexures P-7 and P-8).

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the competent respondent to decide the representation dated 22.01.2026 (Annexure P-10) within a stipulated time period.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, Addl. A.G., Haryana, who is in receipt of an advance copy of the writ petition and represents the respondents No.1 to 4, submits that there is no objection in case a direction is issued to the competent respondent to decide the representation (supra) within a stipulated time period.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, and inasmuch as this Court is not issuing any adverse directions against the respondent No.5, the instant writ petition is disposed of at the threshold, without issuance of notice and without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, with a direction to the competent respondent, among the official respondents, to consider and take a final decision on the representation (supra) expeditiously.
