 "#$ !% Learned counsel for the two sides after receiving instructions of the respective clients have shown concurrence to the effect that the complaint and the FIR cases as detailed in the petitions may be ordered to be transferred from the Sessions Division, Amritsar to Sessions Division, Jalandhar.

Keeping in view this stand and in the interests of justice, to ensure that justice is actually done it would sub.serve the ends of justice if both the cases detailed in these petitions bearing complaint No.10/2015 dated 07.01.2015 titled as 'Ramandeep Singh v. Amarjeet RATTAN PAL SINGH 2016.06.10 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    

   Singh etc' under Sections 307/382/323/452/148/149/120B/504/506 IPC pending in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, Amritsar which is now fixed for trial on 20.05.2016 and case arising out of FIR No.116 dated 02.05.2015 under Sections 295A/325 IPC registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar are ordered to be transferred from the concerned Courts to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar who shall either keep both the matters with himself or entrust together to some other Court in exercise of his powers. Before concluding, this Court deems it necessary to issue directions to the transferee Court to ensure that the matters are expeditiously disposed off by giving short adjournments, not more than 15 days at one go. The parties to appear before the transferee Court on 11.07.2016. Records be also sent.
