ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.117 dated 01.06.2017 registered under Sections 326, 323, 324 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 13.09.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jagir Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
