(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already joined investigation in compliance with interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2016 and she is ready to face the proceedings without any default, subject to the conditions to be imposed by this Court.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, has submitted that husband of the complainant has been declared as a proclaimed offender and recovery of 31⁄2 tolas of gold jewellery entrusted to different accused is yet to be effected. In response, counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was given to the Investigating Officer and is still lying with him.

Counsel for the State, in reply, has submitted that the said amount has already been released in favour of the complainant. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the Mohd. Yakub 2017.01.20 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-34665 of 2016 (O&M) interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the following conditions:- (i) She shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) She shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (iii) She shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
