This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 06.11.2024 passed in CWP-11067-2017.

As per the short reply dated 05.09.2025, learned counsel for the State states that all the dues have been paid to the petitioners. Relevant para No.10 of the short reply reads as under :

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
