This is petitioner's second attempt to get regular bail, pending trial in FIR No. 58 dated 09.06.2018, registered under Section 420, 406 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot. 2.

Mrs. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, has filed the petitioner's custody certificate disclosing that the petitioner stands convicted in as many as 11 similar cases and seven more cases are pending against him.

At this stage, the learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.
