JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail as the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C to face trial on an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C in case FIR No.154 dated 11.6.2015 under Sections 447,511,307,34 IPC, P.S Nissing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim directions issued by this Court on 05.10.2015, the petitioner has surrendered and has been granted interim bail by the learned trial Court vide order dated 09.10.2015.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the learned trial Court is ordered to be confirmed. Disposed of.
