Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, a speaking order dated 09.04.2026 has been passed and a copy of the same has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record and has been marked as "Mark A". A copy of the said order has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further submitted that the plea of the petitioner has been accepted and the amount due to the petitioner as per the said speaking order would be released to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. COCP-1282-2026 -2released to the petitioner within the aforesaid period and the petitioner has to file an application for revival, then, the respondent would pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- as litigation expenses over and above the amount which is due to the petitioner in accordance with the speaking order. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the above, the present contempt petition be disposed of but the respondent be bound by the statement made before this Court. 4.
