Petitioners seek a direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 to register a case against private respondents on the allegation that certain payment is not being made to the petitioners. It is inexplicable how such a petition is maintainable. Besides it is not clear how an offence is made for investigation of which, a direction can be given by this court. Petition is totally misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
