The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 02.11.2023 (Annexure P-15).

Learned State Counsel at the outset submits that the impugned award (Annexure P-15) is not an award passed by Arbitrator whereas it is an expert report. The award would now be passed. The petitioner has already been intimated to file his objections. 3.

Faced with this learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.
