(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.352 dated 30.12.2021 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Phillaur District Jalandhar (Rural). Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 13.5.2022 passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions ASI Jaswinder Singh has not refuted the aforesaid fact and further submits that recovery of entire GAURAV SOROT 2022.08.06 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-20588-2022 withdrawn amount of `6 lac has been effected from co-accused Butta Singh and Kulwant Singh. The State counsel further submits that now the petitioner is not required by the police for any further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In the light of the above, as the recovery has already been effected and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 13.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
