(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to take action on the complaint dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a complaint dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.3 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation/complaint filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereupon.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the aforesaid complaint dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 6.

Needless to say, if any threat is found to the petitioner, the official respondents would provide her adequate security in order to protect her life and liberty.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
