1. Pursuant to order passed in the morning, the learned State counsel has informed that factum of marriage of petitioner's brother has been found to be correct as has been informed by ASI Girish Kumar.

2. Learned State counsel has submitted that in view of the fact that it is a case where the petitioner is allegedly involved in possession of commercial quantity of contraband, he does not deserve the concession of interim bail for four weeks and that at best, he may be permitted to attend the marriage of his brother in custody subject to condition that he bears all the expenses of conveyance etc.

3. Faced with the aforesaid position, the learned counsel for the petitioner GAURAV SOROT 2020.07.06 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-17536-2020 has submitted that the family of the petitioner would not be able to bear all the expenses and expressed that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
