This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 112 dated 03.05.2017 under sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Derabassi, District SAS Nagar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 13, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 13, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
