RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Ajay Raj Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dharamkot, District Moga, filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. On instructions from ASI Major Singh, learned State counsel submits that in view of aforesaid reply and report Annexure R-1/T, the allegations against the petitioners are not found to be correct. Consequently, complaint filed by respondent No. 5-Kuljinder Kumar is found to be false.

In view of the above factual aspect of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Therefore, the same is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
