!"# $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.6 dated 08.01.2015 registered at Police Station Nagina, District Mewat under Sections 420, 407, 379, 411 & 1208B IPC. Vide order dated 02.02.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh Chand, submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 02.02.2015 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
