This petition is under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to respondents no. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner along with his employees/workers, who have been appointed for handling and transportation contractor at Ram Pura Phul Centre, FCI, District Bathinda vide letter dated 9.6.2017 from the unscrupulous activities of the FCI Workers Union represented by respondents no. 7 and 8 has been filed by petitioner Harvinder Singh. It is contended that representation dated 10.8.2017 and 19.8.2017 addressed to respondents no. 2 and 3 have been submitted but no action has been taken there on so far. The present petition is hereby disposed of directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda-respondent no. 2 to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contended in representations Annexure P2 and Annexure P3 and take the necessary action which may be warranted by circumstances of the case, as per law.
