Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has moved application seeking permanent exemption from personal appearance and permission to go abroad, pending trial of the case, which has not been decided so far. He has also moved another application for interim permission to go abroad on 07.08.2018, which has also not been decided. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to look into both the applications and dispose of the same at the earliest preferably within two weeks, on receipt of copy of this order.
