CWP-8673-2025 although the petitioner had applied for allotment of a retail outlet, as noticed above, one Sh. Naresh Aggarwal has been shortlisted for the said allotment and the petitioner stands next in line. However, despite the lapse of more than two years, no decision has been disclosed either with respect to the selection of Sh. Naresh Aggarwal or the application submitted by the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage if time bound directions are issued to the respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024/08.11.2024 (Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute to the aforesaid course of action being adopted. He further submits that the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024/08.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) shall be considered and decided by the respondent/competent authority, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of six weeks from today, in accordance with law. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 5.
