(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to initiate proceedings under Section 182 I.P.C. against the private respondents. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that kalandra under Section 182 I.P.C. has already been filed against respondent No.3 - Madhu only.
