(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.171 dated 08.12.2014 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registred at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran and order dated 19.02.2020 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Tarn Taran, whereby cancellation report filed by the prosecution has been rejected and congnizance of the matter has been taken against the petitioner and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
