Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that he would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-4) in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-4) within one month in accordance with law, on receipt of the certified copy of the present order.
