This is petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking issuance of directions to respondents for taking necessary action as per law against the accused persons in FIR No.71 dated 14.03.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 380, 411 and 506 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Industrial Area, Chandigarh.

Disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move representation before Senior Superintendent of Police, UT Chandigarh, who on receipt of representation, if any moved by the petitioner, will take further action in accordance with law.
