RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Gurpreet Singh in case FIR No.50 dated 14.08.2017 registered under Sections 326, 323 and 34 IPC at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran. On instructions from H.C. Major Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 18.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
