(Oral) Present petition has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.81 dated 24.02.2022 registered under Section 3 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 279, 337 and 506 IPC at Police Station City Tohana District Fatehabad (Final report presented under Sections 120-B, 182, 193, 211 and 506 IPC) on the basis of compromise dated 08.02.2025 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. It appears that neither the petitioners nor their counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
