In deference to the hereinafter extracted order passed by this Court on 07.04.2025, a report dated 15.04.2025 has been received from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gurugram, through proper channel.

"Through the instant petitioner, prayer is made for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to trace out the court file of case bearing Civil Suit No. 447 of 1994, titled as Smt. Lakshmi Devi and another vs Satya Narain and others. At this stage, without issuing notice to the respondents, this Court deemed apt to have report from the learned District & Sessions Judge, Gurugram, to inform this Court the status of the file, which according to the petitioner is not traceable. The report shall be filed through proper channel, before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

Registry is directed to convey the order passed by this Court to the learned D&SJ, Gurugram, for its compliance, forthwith.

The report (supra) reveals that, the case file was consigned under Goswara No.6 being sine die in view of the order dated 02.01.2008. Hence, the case file is very much available in the record. 3.
