Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0049, dated 03.05.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, 2019 (Amended), registered at Police Station Meharban, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition, at this stage. Allowed to do so.
