Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have prayed for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3, not to arrest and harass the petitioners who are husband and wife. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 4 to 7, not to interfere into peaceful wedding life of the petitioners. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Virender Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tauru, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3, in Court today. The same is taken on record. According to the said affidavit, the petitioners appeared before him and stated that they do not apprehend any danger to their lives and liberty, at the hands of private respondents. That apart, private respondents No. 4 to 7 have also made a statement before the said DSP, that they will not create any danger to the lives and liberty of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has objected to the aforesaid report of the DSP and submits that still there is apprehension of danger to the lives, liberty and property of the petitioners. 4.

Be that as it may, considering the overall circumstances, ASI Mohan Singh (Investigating Officer), who is present in Court is directed to take both the petitioners to Protection Home at Nuh, today itself and keep them there till the cloud of danger to their lives, liberty and property is vanished.

The instant petition stands disposed of, with the above direction.
