**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner before this Court is that her father in connivance with her step mother and at the instigation of Jagir Singh and Jagir Masih committed rape with her, even she was subject to rape by Gurmej singh alias Geja.

Petitioner and her mother Rani had made a complaint in this regard but no action has been taken. Now, a detailed representation dated 16.07.2016 (P-1) in this regard is also pending with the police in this regard.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to GAURAV ARORA 2016.10.04 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
