Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is entitled to the 1st and 2nd ACP scales and the consequential benefits including the promotion but the respondents have not taken any action in this regard although the case of the petitioner has been forwarded by the Estate Officer to the Chief Administrator. He has referred to Annexures P-3 and P-4 in this regard. He also contends that the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents and would be doing so. He further contends that in the event of the representation being made, the respondents may be directed to look into his representation and decide the same in accordance with law. Issue notice to the respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ravinder Singh Dhull, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents. In the event of the representation being made within a period of one month, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
