The learned counsel representing the respondent has informed the Court that the electric poles have been installed and laying of the overhead power lines to carry 33kv electric current has been completed, therefore, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. However, he submits that the Court should issue a direction to change the alignment of the power lines, if possible. 3.

This Court has considered the submissions of the learned counsel representing the parties. At this stage, only an application for the grant of temporary injunction has been dismissed. The petitioner, if so advised, may make a request to the trial Court while finally deciding the case.
