**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking directions to respondents No. 4 and 5 for conducting a fair and proper investigation in her complaint (Annexure P-2).

The petitioner was married in 2003. Petitioner admits that no complaint was made in the initial 08 years of the marriage. The husband had died in 2011. The allegations are against the in-laws who are stated to have thrown her out of the matrimonial home. No directions can be given. The petitioner can avail the remedies available under the law. The petitioner has already filed petition under the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act. Petition is disposed of.
