JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner is the uncle of the minor prosecutrixAnju and has invoked the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuing a direction to the Police Authorities to register an FIR and arrest the private respondent Nos.5 to 8 on the allegations of commission of rape by Parveen Kumar-respondent No.5 on the intervening night of 28/29.08.2015.

Upon notice, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mewa Devi submits that an FIR No.15 dated 08.10.2015 under Sections 376/511/34 IPC was registered and that while conducting investigation, statement of the prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the Magistrate has also been got recorded. He submits that further action, in accordance with law, shall be taken.

In the aforesaid development, no further orders are required to be passed.

Dismissed as infructuous.
