RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 187 of 26.11.2014, under Section 15/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at P.S. Bagha Purana, District Moga.

A perusal of order dated 02.01.2015 clearly that the petitioner and the co-accused were identified at the spot by HC Paramjit Singh while they were loading the bags containing poppy husk on their motorcycle and thus, this was sufficient ground to decline the bail of the petitioner, in view of Section 37 of NDPS Act.
