The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.04.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Dabwali, District Sirsa whereby an application under Order 18 Rule 17A read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the petitioner to lead additional evidence was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts website, District Courts Sirsa, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being CS-1202-2018 itself has been dismissed with costs by the Trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 01.08.2022 and hence the present revision petition stands rendered infructuous.
