RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner Gurinder Singh in case FIR No.172 dated 23.06.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. On instructions from ASI Jagwant Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
