*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not press the present petition at this stage, however, a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. On being enquired, the State counsel has informed that out of 17 PWs cited by the prosecution 11 PWs have already been examined whereas 3 PWs have given up and only 3 PWs remain to be examined.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments and if either of the party seeks adjournment the same is to be granted for justifiable reason only which is to be recorded in writing.
