(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.1413 dated 18.12.2017 registered under Sections 420, 406, 199, 200 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. On instructions from SI Mukesh Giri, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
