ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 31.12.2020 (Annexure P-13) terminating the services of the petitioner from the post of Peon for not submitting the sports gradation certificate upto 31.12.2020.

Since the petitioner's claim has been accepted during pendency of the proceedings, no grounds are made out to keep the matter pending.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. It is expected that case of the petitioner shall be processed in accordance with the administrative instructions dated 10.05.2022 issued by the Chief Secretary which are addressed to all the Administrative Secretaries/HOD of the State including the Director, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Haryana.
