-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking to quash the FIR No.489 dated 7.8.2015 under Sections 354-A(1), 323, 341, 506, 509 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 5, Gurgaon on the ground that no offence under Section 354-A(1) IPC is made out.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State as well as the private respondent would contend that the petitioner herein had already approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M No.32809 of 2015 seeking grant of anticipatory bail, which petition was dismissed on 23.09.2015 holding that custodial interrogation of the petitioner herein would be required. Since there was a specific allegation against the petitioner of assault with an intention to disrobe a woman. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the investigating PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.02.12 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
