The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents No. 2 to 3 to ensure the protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 11. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in conflict with other Granthi of the Gurdwara and he has been shunted out of the Gurdwara and has been threatened repeatedly of dire consequences. He has also moved a representation on 08.04.2024 (Annexure P-3) to the concerned authorities but no action has been initiated.

In light of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the representations dated 22.12.2023 (Annexure P-2) and 08.04.2024 (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action in accordance with PARUL 2024.04.10 20:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document law.
