******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not turned up to comply with the order dated 15.12.2018 undertaking to make the balance payment of `3,65,000/-.

As per order dated 15.12.2018, the petitioner was directed to make remaining payment of `3,65,000/- within six weeks and period of almost three months has been elapsed thereafter, but no payment has been made so far.

In view of the above facts, bail application filed by petitioner is dismissed.
