This is a revision petition that has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a very limited prayer that the Executing Court be directed to decide the execution petition which is lying pending for the past three years. 2.

It is contended that the land of the petitioner herein was acquired and as on date the compensation is not being released to him.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition in limine with the limited direction that the Executing Court to redress the grievance in the execution application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months.
