The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. As per the Office report, the sole appellant has since expired. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal along with the cross-objections for nonprosecution. 4.
