The present petition has been filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No.124 dated 21.10.2023 under Sections 452, 506, 148, 149, 427 IPC registered at Police Station Satnampura, District Kapurthala alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty, to fresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
