They apprehend threat to their life at the hands of said respondents. It is further stated that the couple is residing Near Municipal Committee, Bhawanigarh, Tehsil and Distt.Sangrur whereas aforesaid respondents are residents of VPO Latala, Tehsil Ludhiana (West) Distt.Ludhiana.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lata Singh v. State of U.P. And another, JT 2006(6) SC 173, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioners to present themselves before SSP(Rural)Ludhiana who shall take RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.10.05 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
