ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.13 dated 02.02.2021 registered under Section 21 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of Arms Act added later on), at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur. 2.
Confronted with the disclosure of antecedents of petitioner qua another earlier FIR, as stated in the reply filed to the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not aware of the same. Learned counsel states that he is under instructions not to press the present petition. 3.
Be that as it may, even otherwise, no grounds are made out to interfere. That apart, the petitioner is not entitled to any discretionary relief of concession of anticipatory bail in view of his antecedents. 4.
Dismissed.
