Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to initiate proceedings under Section 182 IPC against Gopichand Khurana son of Hira Singh Khurana and Kailash Lakhina alias Shambu son of Kishan Lakhina for furnishing false in formation which led to registration of FIR No. 53 dated 26.01.2018 under Section 323, 365, 387, 506, 511 & 34 IPC at Police Station Quilla, Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already made representation dated 15.01.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Panipat and his grievance would be redressed if his representation is looked into and action is taken thereon, as per law.
