The Executing Court has permitted Smt.Jai Devi to be brought on record as legal representative of the decree holder, namely Gulab Chand on the basis of a registered Will executed in her favour. The Executing Court permitted the parties to lead evidence after framing of the issues. Smt.Jai Devi has successfully proved the registered Will. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners contends that the petitioners are the natural heirs of Gulab Chand. The petitioners were granted an opportunity to contest the application for bringing Smt.Jai Devi on record as legal representative of Gulab Chand. They failed to lead any evidence to prove that the registered testament is not genuine. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the Executing Court has only permitted Smt. Jai Devi to be brought on record as legal representative DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.05.18 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document of Gulab Chand. The petitioners, if so advised, may avail their remedy in

Civil Revision No. 3100 of 2019 (O&M) accordance with law.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
