The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for the issuance of directions for clubbing all three FIRs bearing No.24 dated 14.01.2025 under Sections 316(2) & 318(4) of BNS, 2023, FIR No.64 dated 04.02.2025 under Sections 316(2) & 318(4) of BNS, 2023 and FIR No.72 dated 08.02.2025 under Sections 316(2) & 318(4) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal, District Karnal. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations in each of the cases is similar and therefore, the trials emanating out of the three FIRs be clubbed together. 3.

The learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, contends that the challan has been presented in each case after which the charges have also been framed. Therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.

Keeping in view the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Trial Court to conduct a trial in each case separately but on the same dates and proceed in accordance with law.
